Our Sculptures

Our sculptures are a testament to the seamless integration of advanced materials and rigorous engineering, designed to meet stringent Indian standards and deliver timeless beauty.

  • Conceptual Design and Structural Engineering: We transform creative visions into reality using 3D CAD modeling (e.g., SolidWorks) and finite element analysis (FEA) with tools like STAAD.Pro to ensure stability under wind loads (up to 47 m/s per IS 875 Part 3:2015), seismic forces (IS 1893 Part 1:2016), and thermal expansion.
  • Mild Steel (MS) Framework: We use high-grade MS (IS 2062 Grade B, yield strength: 250–350 MPa) to form a robust internal skeleton. Components are hot-dip galvanized (IS 4759, 80–100 microns) and coated with epoxy and PU for corrosion resistance.
  • High-Quality FRP: Our FRP, composed of E-glass fibres (judicious blend of CSM/CFM/WR/G10 fibres recipe as per application) delivers a tensile strength of 300–500 MPa and UV resistance (5,000+ hours per IS 14856).
  • Polyurethane (PU) Coating: We apply aliphatic PU coatings for superior weather resistance and aesthetic brilliance. With a dry film thickness of 50–100 microns, the PU offers vibrant, fade-resistant finishes.
